What to Know
Coordinated With Care
All weddings are scheduled and coordinated by the Painesville United Methodist Church Wedding Coordinator. This ensures that all of the special details receive the attention that is due for your special day!
Your Officiant
Rev. Brady facilitates all weddings at Painesville United Methodist Church. If you have an additional pastor you would like to include, Rev. Brady would be happy to connect with them to discuss how the ceremony might be shared. We do not rent out the space for another officiant or pastor to lead the service.
All Are Welcome
You do not have to be a member of Painesville United Methodist Church to be married here. The pastor does facilitate a few conversational counseling sessions prior to all weddings, and of course you are invited to join us in worship at any time!
Celebrate On Site
A reception hall is available below the Sanctuary if you would like to celebrate on site after the ceremony.
Please note: PUMC is a 100% alcohol-free church, including for weddings and receptions.No Last-Minute Surprises
Wedding fees are covered in your meetings with our Wedding Coordinator, so there are no surprises at the last minute.
